I meant to post this last night, but I was working and forgot! Well today was not so good, but not so bad.. SANTANA’s killed me for dinner.. DAMN IT All good, I am back on track…
breakfast: 1/2 Cup grape nuts 4oz plain soy
snack: 1 banana
lunch: 3 oz greens, 2 tbls EVO/2tbls Vinegar , 4oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese
snack: 2 oz plain Chicken
dinner: HELL YEAH! Santana’s Carne Asada Quesadilla no Sour Cream or Guac… just solo
1.2 gallon of water, black coffee

lunch: 3 oz greens, 2 tbls EVO/2tbls Vinegar , 4oz clean protein (Chicken breast with light salt if any and not fat)
snack: more nuts
dinner: 3 oz Greens, 1/2 roma tomato, plain steamed broccoli, 1/2 cup LF Cottage Cheese, 1 oz chicken
3/4 gallon of water, black coffee & iced herbal tea unsweetened
25 min weights (Upper Body)
