FYI, this is only for me to be accountable to the world.. even if it is only 1 person.. Just putting my shizzy out there.
breakfast: 1/2 Cup grape nuts 4oz plain soy
snack: almonds (15)/1 banana
lunch: 3 oz greens, 2 tbls EVO/2tbls VinegarÂ
4oz clean protein
snack: more nuts
dinner: same as lunch with some steamed broccoli plain
late snack (HA!) more almonds and 5 pieces of cantaloupe
3/4 gallon of water
coffee & iced herbal tea
no cardio today, tomorrow
