Pretty dang close to yesterday’s meals. Glad to be done
breakfast: 1/2 Cup grape nuts 4oz plain soy
snack: almonds (15)/1 banana
lunch: 3 oz greens, 2 tbls EVO/2tbls Vinegar , 4oz clean protein (Chicken breast with light salt if any and not fat)
snack: more nuts
dinner: 3 oz Greens, 1/2 roma tomato, plain steamed broccoli, 1/2 cup LF Cottage Cheese, 1 oz chicken
3/4 gallon of water, black coffee & iced herbal tea unsweetened
